Sous Chef Wanted for Well-Established Restaurant in Central Lund

We are seeking a SOUS CHEF with AT LEAST 4 years of documented experience who is a team player and has a great passion for the craft to join a cozy bistro/brasserie with French touches and Scandinavian/international influences. You should have a passion for cooking, be creative, organized, curious, motivated, positive, energetic, able to handle pace changes/maintain tempo (stress-resistant), honest, reliable, and punctual. The work involves ordering goods (Swedish language is a requirement), receiving goods, preparation and processing of raw ingredients, suggesting and cooking dishes, cleanup work, handover, and tidying. The restaurant is open Monday-Saturday for lunch and dinner. Closed on Sundays except Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and the Sundays in Advent. Employment according to Visitas and HRF rules and guidelines, affiliated with Fora. Hospitality between staff is equally as important as with guests.
