Sous Chef

Responsible for mise en place, quality assurance, and service. Participate in menu planning and ordering of ingredients. Be the head chef's right hand and take responsibility in their absence. Ensure that routines for hygiene, cleanliness, and efficiency are followed. We are looking for you who: Have solid experience from high-level kitchen work. Are comfortable in both a leadership role and practical work in the kitchen. Have structure, order, and can inspire others.
