BYN IS LOOKING FOR A SOUS CHEF! 👨‍🍳 We are seeking an experienced sous chef with a genuine passion for cooking. At Byn, we work with seasonal and local ingredients, maintain high ambitions, and collaborate closely in the kitchen. We are a small, tight-knit team that creates exceptional culinary experiences together. ABOUT THE ROLE As a sous chef, you will work alongside the owners to: • Ensure quality, taste, and presentation • Plan and organize mise en place before service • Participate in menu and concept development • Maintain order, structure, and good kitchen economics • Take responsibility for the kitchen when the head chef is absent • Contribute to a professional and inspiring work environment WHO ARE YOU? You have restaurant industry experience and are confident in the kitchen even when the pace intensifies. You are organized, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious, with an eye for detail. We are looking for someone who is engaged, humble, and a team player – someone who thrives in the restaurant atmosphere. Previous experience as a sous chef or in an equivalent leadership role is a plus. WORK SCHEDULE Tuesday–Saturday, primarily evenings.
