At Rådhuskällaren, we're thrilled to be fully booked right now, and we're looking for someone who's eager for a new challenge and ready to lead our kitchen alongside our head chef Johan Tvingstedt! Our operations are built around our "world-renowned" Filéfrossa, à la carte dining, goose dinners, private banquets, and traditional Christmas buffet. You have at least 5 years of experience as a sous chef, a cheerful disposition, attention to detail, flexibility, stress resilience, fluent Swedish language skills, and you thrive juggling multiple tasks. Beyond a full-time permanent position, we offer you the opportunity to work with a cheerful and family-like team, with great atmosphere and camaraderie in a fantastic environment, in the beautiful Rådhuset right on Stortorget in Malmö. Rådhuskällaren, one of Malmö's oldest restaurants with roots dating back to the 1960s, is today part of Burgsvik Group Kulturrestauranger Ab, which includes Trädgårn in Gothenburg, the Dramaten restaurants, and Djurgårdsbron in Stockholm.
