At restaurant Severins, we're facing our biggest undertaking yet. In summer 2026, we're opening three newly renovated dining rooms with open kitchens, a new menu, and an even greater focus on grilling, fish, and seafood. We're now looking for a sous chef who wants to be part of developing the restaurant together with us. This role suits you if you want to take responsibility, contribute ideas, and at the same time be an active part of the daily cooking. About You You are an experienced chef who feels confident in the kitchen and enjoys helping others grow. You have high standards for quality, but you also know that the best results are created together. We believe you appreciate a fast pace, like order and organization, and take pride in serving food that tastes great and looks good. Above all, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building Severins' journey in the years to come.
