The Staffing Center is a municipal operation responsible for Huddinge Municipality's temporary staff management in-house. Our task is to staff and recruit hourly temporary workers for various activities within support services and elderly care during short-term absences such as illness, vacation, or training. We are currently looking for summer temporary staff for home care services. Our home care services are spread throughout Huddinge, with offices in central Huddinge, Flemingsberg, Vårby, Stuvsta, Trångsund, and Skogås. We are also looking for staff for the Night Patrol and Alarm Group, which respond to safety alarms within Huddinge Municipality. We also have two day centers for people with dementia in Stuvsta and Trångsund. The days are filled with activities such as singing, music, cooking together, and walks. It is important that you are comfortable supporting users with all their needs, including personal hygiene, cleaning, and shopping. Your Profile To be eligible for work, you need to be available immediately and be able to work at least three days a week as an hourly temporary worker. You need to be able to work more during the summer, and it is meritorious if you are available for temporary work with a schedule of at least 4 consecutive weeks. We have operations that are open every day of the year. Therefore, you need to be able to work varying working hours that may occur during day and evening, both weekdays and weekends. Since you work at different times of the day, particularly high demands are placed on flexibility. You who are applying for the position must have experience working in care and support. It is particularly meritorious if you are trained as a nursing assistant and hold the nursing assistant title from the National Board of Health and Welfare, as well as experience in home care. It is meritorious if you have a B driving license and can cycle. The work requires high demands on initiative, cooperation, and problem-solving. You need to feel confident in yourself and comfortable working with people who have significant needs for continuity, structure, and care. We are looking for you who have a professional approach characterized by good human values and good conduct. You need to have understanding of other people's needs and feelings in care tasks with our residents, as well as within the work group. You master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written.
