What do we do? At Nytida, you'll meet people who have different needs for support and care. It's about supporting adults with disabilities or psychosocial challenges. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, have conversations and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be part of another person's life.

About Nytida Månstenen
Within Nytida Månstenen in Trehörna and Ryd there are 13 residences for people with decisions for housing with special services under LSS. The area also has daily activities. Our residences are located near nature but also close to community services such as public transport, grocery stores, and restaurants. You have a manager or coordinator near you who spends part of their time working in the operations.
Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who apply to us:
- are attracted to work that is varied and requires great knowledge of care and enjoys meeting people in different situations.
- are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility.
- enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.
We would like you to be trained as a nursing assistant or to have completed a children and leisure program and have worked a few years within care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also advantageous. Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing are required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
