We are now recruiting summer stars for several positions as a personal assistant. About the job as a personal assistant: We are looking for someone who is responsible and attentive. You find it easy to follow instructions and learn new tasks. As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located. Your tasks involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they wish. Tasks: Your tasks depend on the customer's needs and lifestyle. Some common tasks include: - Personal care assistance - Personal hygiene - Assistance with mobility - Household work - Meal preparation - Assisting the customer at work or during activities outside the home During the summer, the work is often more varied with outings such as swimming, concerts, or other events. Prerequisites: Prior experience is meriting but not required. At Särnmark, you always receive an introduction with the customer and have access to training in the role of personal assistant. About the employment: Employment form for temporary position – employment per hour worked. Salary form – hourly wage Working hours vary for the different positions. Depending on the position, work can take place during day, evening, and night shifts, on weekdays and weekends. A driver's license is not required. However, for some positions, a driver's license and access to a car are required.
