Do you want to spend the summer in a unique archipelago environment and work in a close-knit team? We are now looking for you to work as all-around staff at Siaröfortet during the summer season 2026. With us, the pace varies quickly – weather, guest numbers, and events shape the day. That's why we're looking for someone who is flexible, stress-resilient, and enjoys working with many different tasks. About the position You will work throughout our operations and are an important part of the daily running. Your tasks include, among other things: Serving in restaurant and café Cleaning common areas Making beds and cleaning rooms Preparations for opening and events Other operational tasks as needed We're looking for someone who: Has experience from restaurants, hotels, or service professions Is service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused Thrives in a fast pace and handles quick changes Is flexible and not afraid to pitch in where needed Speaks multiple languages (a plus) We offer: A varied summer job in fantastic archipelago surroundings Accommodation on the island during your work period Boat mooring opportunity for those commuting by private boat A great team and a memorable summer Welcome to apply and become part of the Siaröfortet team in the summer of 2026!
