About the role: As a personal assistant, you work closely with an individual and support them in daily life. The work is based on the user's functional impairment, which can be both physical and/or cognitive. You become an important part in creating a meaningful and independent everyday life. We are looking for you who: Have a genuine interest in people. Show care, respect and attentiveness. Work based on decisions made and individual needs. Are responsible and confident in yourself. Experience is a merit, but the most important thing is your conduct and your attitude. Summer Bonus – we appreciate your commitment! For those who work during the summer, we offer an extra bonus. Terms: Worked at least 80 percent consecutively for at least 8 weeks (weeks 24–34). Maximum two absences, with a maximum of four working days per absence. Parental leave does not count as absence. Bonus levels: 9,000 kronor at 80–89 percent (minimum 238 hours). 10,500 kronor at 90–99 percent (minimum 268 hours). 12,000 kronor at 100 percent (minimum 298 hours). Why choose us?
