Solution Quality Lead

Drive quality work in complex product development and strengthen processes, KPI tracking, and continuous improvements across cross-functional teams. In your role as Solution Quality Lead, you will drive working methods, tracking, and improvement initiatives together with teams and stakeholders throughout the organization. About the Role Drive quality assurance and quality-related processes at the unit level. Support the development organization from concept to deployment. Contribute to large-scale development programs with significant business impact. What You'll Do Facilitate meetings for operational development and quality tracking. Monitor agreed-upon KPIs and drive corrective actions. Support risk analyses, FMEA, and related quality methods. Implement and further develop common working methods. Coordinate stakeholders across functions and organizational levels. What We're Looking For Experience with internal product development and software quality assurance. Understanding of both proprietary and supplier-delivered software. Background from complex development programs in software, hardware, and mechatronics. Experience in project management and agile working methods. Ability to create alignment in cross-functional collaboration.
