Night Care Staff - Hourly Position at Solrosen Demensboende

Solrosen Demensboende is a residential care facility for individuals with dementia. The facility is located in the heart of central Visby, surrounded by a lush garden with numerous fruit trees. Solrosen Demensboende has been operating since 1996. Our goal is to create a safe and home-like environment and encourage residents to participate in various activities that preserve their self-esteem. We approach residents with warmth and joy, creating conditions for participation and independence. All meals served at Solrosen are prepared from scratch in our three separate departmental kitchens. When we work, we always keep the individual's best interests in focus. We value committed and competent staff who are responsive to individual needs. About Solrosen Demensboende Solrosen Demensboende has 30 apartments, all located on the ground floor. The facility has three units: Solen, Rosen, and Gläntan. We have staff around the clock, and our own nurse is on site every weekday. A house doctor visits us weekly. Solrosen has excellent ratings in the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's elderly care guide. We use clarifying aids and a calm and secure approach. We succeed when our residents experience independence and a good life within their circumstances. All meals are prepared from scratch according to a rotating schedule. About You We are primarily looking for someone with experience in healthcare and elderly care. You enjoy working in close collaboration with other team members. We prefer candidates who are comfortable making independent decisions and feel confident in their role. You enjoy working with and for people with care needs. Good work ethics are very important. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written. Medication delegation is a requirement, as well as documentation in patient records. Introduction will be provided according to agreement, including how to complete your delegation certification, work in our patient records system, and use our intranet.
