Job Information
Professionals Nord is seeking, in collaboration with Vallacom, a solar panel installer. You'll work in a team of two people, installing solar panel systems on various types of roofs. Work varies between smaller service jobs and larger projects lasting longer periods. You'll be based primarily in Östergötland, with some assignments in nearby regions. You'll work closely with colleagues and other trades on-site, where safety, quality, and collaboration are crucial. The role suits you if you thrive in practical work, take responsibility, and want to deliver excellent results from start to finish.
This assignment is part of our staffing services. You'll be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Vallacom for 6 months. The intention is that you could eventually be hired directly by them, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Your Responsibilities
Assembly of solar panel installations on various roof types
Installation of rails, panels, and mounting systems
Cable routing and labeling
Photo documentation and work according to control plans
Interpretation of drawings and minor adjustments
Collaboration with other trades on the work site
We're Looking for You If You
Have some electrical background or technical understanding, or experience from similar practical roles such as solar panel installer, roof installer, or service technician. It's a merit if you've previously worked with solar panel installations, but not a requirement—the right attitude and willingness to learn weigh heavily.
You have good Swedish language skills and a valid Class B driver's license. It's also important that you're comfortable working at heights. Certifications such as fall protection, hot work, or lift operation are merits.
