As a solar panel installer at PrioSolar, you will be the face of our company and responsible for installing our solar panel systems as well as working with service and after-sales support. Your tasks will include primarily mounting solar panels, cable routing, and building support structures. We expect you to work in accordance with the company's guidelines and safety standards and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and with high quality. Your workday will be varied with different tasks. What do we require? The work as a solar panel installer is physically demanding and therefore requires high physical capability, hand skills, and proficiency with various tools. Since you will be part of a team with two or three other solar panel installers, we place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate, communicate, handle feedback, and work as hard as your colleagues. Installing solar panels on roofs can sometimes present unexpected challenges regarding surfaces, measurements, and similar issues. If you are solution-oriented and dare to come up with new creative ideas, this job will be perfect for you. We wish that you have: Experience of 1-2 years within the industry Driver's license B (BE) Fall protection certification Scaffolding certification 2-9m Safe Lifting certification Fluent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written Travel and accommodations will occur as we work throughout the country.Who are we?
