Nursing Assistant for Home Care – immediate need for evening staff in Haninge Vima Vård & Omsorg is seeking experienced nursing assistants/care attendants for immediate positions working evenings in home care services in Haninge. We are looking for someone who can work evenings We need staff immediately and are especially looking for those available for evening shifts. As a nursing assistant in home care, you work closely with our clients and provide support, care, and service based on their individual needs. You contribute to enabling the client to live as safely, independently, and meaningfully as possible. Job Responsibilities Your job responsibilities include: Providing personal care and service based on the client's needs and approved services. Supporting the client in daily life and contributing to increased security and well-being. Assisting with social contacts and activities. Serving as a contact person and participating in care planning. Documenting and recording completed services in a safe and secure manner. Working according to the client's implementation plan and assistance decision. Collaborating with colleagues and other professionals to ensure quality care. Qualifications The position requires: Nursing assistant certification Driver's license Experience working in home care Knowledge and experience with documentation, registration, and the municipality's digital systems. Knowledge of and experience working according to implementation plans. We are looking for someone who is responsible, thorough, flexible, and has a genuine interest in working with elderly people.
