Seeking Evening & Weekend Support Worker for 12-Year-Old Child in Ljungby

Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that works closely with clients to create personalized assistance services. We believe that strong relationships are key to effective support. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are currently seeking substitute caregivers for our 12-year-old client in Ljungby. He lives with his mom, dad, and sister in the countryside approximately 4.5 km from Ljungby city center. Therefore, you should have a driver's license and access to a car, or alternatively be able to cycle to the workplace. There are no bus connections. This position is ideal if you are a student looking for extra work. The family has cats and chickens, so it's important that you do not have allergies. We are looking for someone who can step in and provide support as needed in the evenings, weekends, and school breaks. It's important that you can work regularly, at least two shifts per month, to stay updated on the client's needs. He is a social boy who enjoys playing around, swimming, and listening to music. It's important that you are a talkative, responsible person who enjoys working with children. Experience with epilepsy, tube feeding, and individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not required. You need to be able to work independently but also have good cooperation with the family and join in their activities when needed. You must be a non-smoker, speak Swedish fluently, and not have pet allergies. Working hours are 5:00 PM - 9:15 PM on weekdays. On weekends and school breaks, working hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 9:15 PM. We welcome your application!
