Social Worker/Manager Based in Växjö. Located at two established sites with minimal travel required. We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in the form of a Social Work degree—a Social Work diploma is REQUIRED—along with work experience from similar positions. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children. We are seeking a self-driven and flexible social worker/manager with dedication and a positive attitude for our operations in Småland and Blekinge. Job Responsibilities: Initially, a shared role as manager and as a social worker/contact person. The unit is growing, which is why we have this shared role. As the unit expands, the manager role will become increasingly dominant. As a manager, you will be responsible for the unit's compliance with IVO. As a Social Worker/Contact Person, you will be available to guide and provide security through individualized daily support. You will be a contact person for a number of clients whom you meet regularly. Both adults and children. All practical support as well as counseling support. Counseling support may consist of trauma treatment, crisis management, and conversations regarding violence/situations for increased understanding. Practical support may include transportation, interactions with authorities, doctor's appointments, identifying employment opportunities such as internships or work, and promoting good health through exercise. Help the individuals living in our apartments develop increased confidence in their own abilities and greater independence. Administrative tasks such as social documentation and development of implementation plans.
