Social Work Consultant Needed in Elderly Care and LSS Services Do you have a degree in social work and at least three years of current experience exercising administrative authority in elderly care or LSS? Novia Bemanning AB is seeking experienced social workers for current and upcoming consulting assignments with municipalities throughout Sweden. About the Assignments Work tasks may include: Independently investigating and assessing an individual's needs. Making decisions about interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and/or the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). Following up on approved interventions. Documenting and processing cases in accordance with applicable legislation and local guidelines. Collaborating with the individual, family members, service providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Planning and structuring work based on operational needs. Basic Requirements To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: Degree in social work (socionomexamen). At least three years of current experience with independent administrative work in elderly care and/or LSS. Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, particularly the Social Services Act and/or LSS. Experience with investigations, assessments, decision-making, documentation, and follow-up. Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work independently, in an organized manner, and with legal compliance. Professional and respectful demeanor. Meritorious Qualifications It is advantageous if you have: Experience in multiple areas within elderly care or support services. Experience with management systems such as Combine, Lifecare, Treserva, or Procapita. Previous experience working as a social work consultant. Ability to work in another location.
