Then you might be the one we're looking for! We are seeking an engaged social worker/treatment specialist who wants to become part of our outpatient care team. With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children, young people, adults, and families in different life situations, with a focus on strengthening the individual's own resources and creating conditions for sustainable change. About the Assignment As a social worker/treatment specialist, you will meet people with varying needs for support and treatment, individuals, families, and networks in matters that may involve: · Neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPD) · Intimate partner violence · Harmful use and addiction · Parenting support and family therapy · Social issues among children, young people, and adults The work is based on participation, relationship-building, and motivational work. You are responsible for your own assignments while working closely with social workers and other internal and external partners to create a comprehensive approach for the individual. We are in an exciting development phase where preventive work is in focus. As a social worker, you will be involved in building, among other things, a school social work team and early interventions without needs assessment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: · Is a social worker or has other higher education with at least 180 credits that the employer considers equivalent. · Has good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. · Has good knowledge of documentation. It is advantageous if you have experience in: · Treatment work within social services or outpatient care. · Preventive social work. · Evidence-based treatment methods. · Working with children, young people, and families.
