We are now seeking additional staff members for Falck's Social Worker Reception Center, centrally located in fresh facilities on Vasagatan in Gothenburg. Perhaps you have experience from both treatment homes and social services and are interested in working digitally with shorter conversation contacts? Above all, we are looking for someone who is driven by making a difference for people in need of professional support and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment! As a social worker at Falck's Social Worker Reception Center in Gothenburg, you are the face of our company to customers from all industries, public and private sectors, and insurance companies. Your work tasks vary based on clients' needs. Cases can involve everything from workplace or personal relationships, parental support, stress, and personal crises. You will work with: Conducting shorter support conversations on private or work-related psychosocial issues such as stress, relationships, social problems, conflicts, substance abuse, etc. Administration in case management systems; for example, booking appointments with other specialists such as licensed psychologists or lawyers, rescheduling/cancellations, handling referrals/orders, and documentation. We are looking for someone who is educated as a social worker with several years of broad professional experience has strong ability and experience in conducting supportive conversations, with merits in conversation methodology, such as MI has good experience working and documenting in various systems has fluent Swedish and English skills, both written and oral As a person, you are a good communicator who is genuinely responsive to client needs. We work on a rotating schedule with day and evening shifts and work hours on both weekdays and weekends. Some on-call service duty is included.
