Security Coordinator for Team-OSS About the Employer Team-OSS operates shelters and supported housing for people with protection needs due to domestic violence, honor-based violence, and other serious victimization. We work according to the principles of Specialized Expertise, Commitment, and Credibility. Our goal is to offer safe, professional, and individually tailored support where security is always the primary focus. We are now seeking an experienced security coordinator who wants to make a real difference for people in vulnerable life situations. Responsibilities · Coordinate the client's care and implementation plan. · Serve as a contact person with commissioning agencies, social services, police, healthcare, schools, and other partner organizations. · Conduct risk assessments and security planning. · Document according to applicable legislation and the organization's quality standards. · Provide support and guidance to clients during their stay. · Participate in developing the organization's security work and procedures. The position involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with other team members. Qualifications Requirements · 180 university credits, such as a degree in social work, behavioral science, or equivalent higher education. · Experience working with victims of violence or in secure housing. · Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. · Strong documentation skills. · Class B driver's license. Desirable Qualifications · Experience with social services work on domestic violence (VINR). · Experience as a security coordinator or coordinator in secure housing. · Knowledge of domestic violence, honor-based violence, trauma bonding, and violence mechanisms. · Experience with risk assessments using FREDA, PATRIARK, SARA:V3, and SAM. · Training in BRA conversations, Conversation About Freedom, or equivalent. · Level 1 certification. Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and has a professional demeanor. You have good collaboration skills while being comfortable working independently and making well-informed decisions. To succeed in this role, you need to be organized, flexible, and able to prioritize even during busy periods. Personal suitability will be given significant weight. About the Position We use trust-based working hours, which means you have great freedom to plan your work based on the organization's and clients' needs. The position involves travel as the organization operates at multiple locations in Sweden. We would prefer that you are based in Central Sweden, for example in Västerås or Örebro, but this is not a requirement.
