Basic Requirements To be considered for assignments, you need to have: - A degree in social work with 210 college credits - At least three years of professional experience as a social worker - Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing - Professional conduct - Ability to work independently, structurally, and with legal certainty Valuable Experience It is particularly valuable if you have experience with: - Authority work within children and youth - Financial assistance - Adults, substance abuse, or dependency - Investigations under SoL, LVU, LVM, or LSS - Foster care and placement cases - Psychiatry, corrections, or residential care - Case worker or treatment work - Previous work as a consultant or staffing social worker - Activity systems such as Treserva, Combine, Lifecare, or similar Geographic Area We seek consultants for assignments throughout Västra Götaland, including Göteborg, Borås, Alingsås, Trollhättan, Uddevalla, Skövde, Lidköping, Mariestad, and nearby municipalities.
