Job Responsibilities As a social worker in Vilhelmina Municipality, you will handle a wide variety of cases. From supporting children and families in difficult situations to helping individuals find the right resources for their situation. You will process both child and adult cases based on SoL, LVU, and LVM. You will work closely with our residents to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. Qualifications A degree in social work or education in accordance with the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations for work with children (SOSFs 2014:7). Ability to work independently and in a team. Good communication skills and an empathetic approach. Ability to handle different types of cases with professionalism and respect. You are interested in working evidence-based and have the ability to implement and share your knowledge. It is meritorious if you have experience with public authority and social work. We also want you to be stable, have self-awareness, and be confident in yourself. You have good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
