Here we have a development manager, SAS/operations developer, medically responsible nurse (MAS), medically responsible for rehabilitation (MAR), digitalization strategist, systems administrator, and board secretary. Together we create the conditions for high quality, legal certainty, and sustainable development in our operations. About the position As SAS/Operations Developer, you have a key role in ensuring quality, legal certainty, and continuous development within social services and care. The role offers a unique combination of strategic development work, analysis, and improvement work. You work both close to the operations and at an overarching level together with leadership and managers to develop the welfare of the future. Your responsibilities include, among other things: lead and coordinate systematic quality work within care and support services follow up, analyze, and develop processes, routines, and working methods serve as an expert in social services legislation and legal certainty issues support managers and operations in quality and development matters conduct quality audits, internal controls, and follow-ups analyze deviations, feedback, and complaints to identify areas for improvement investigate Lex Sarah cases and manage reports to the Inspectorate for Health and Social Care (IVO) regarding serious misconduct develop decision-making documents, reports, and analyses for leadership and the board plan and conduct training in quality and operations development conduct environmental monitoring and contribute to the implementation of new legislation and new working methods You will be an important advisor to both operations and leadership, while also having the opportunity to influence development across the entire administration. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is educated as a social worker and has experience from social services, healthcare, and care or similar operations. You have good knowledge of social services legislation and an understanding of how quality, legal certainty, and operations development together create better conditions for the people we serve. It is meritorious if you have experience in: quality and operations development exercising governmental authority investigative work Lex Sarah and systematic quality work working in a politically governed organization project management or process management To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical, structured, and independent. You have a development-oriented approach and are comfortable translating analysis into practical improvement. You are also a skilled communicator who builds trust and good relationships. You are comfortable presenting materials to both management groups and political decision-makers and have the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and pedagogical way.
