WORK TASKS
In your work as SAS, you will support operations in systematic quality work and contribute to the development of routines and working methods. You review the department's elderly care and suggest improvements to ensure that laws, regulations, and decisions are followed. A large part of the assignment involves investigating and assessing Lex Sarah reports and notifications to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO). You participate as an expert in management groups and in operations as well as in working groups and networks within and outside the department. The work requires monitoring the external environment, particularly regarding legislation. You will work preventively, both strategically and more operatively together with the operations. With us, we help each other and share knowledge to find smarter ways of working.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or another university degree that the employer deems relevant, as well as several years of experience working in social services. You are well versed in legislation, social documentation, and have experience with qualified investigative work and elderly care. It is desirable that you have experience in leadership and operations development. You can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions. You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions based on limited and/or complex information.
You are comfortable in social contact situations, both informal and formal. You stand by your decisions and can convey uncomfortable messages when needed. You set clear goals and plan activities and projects well in advance. You use your time effectively and work systematically, in an organized and methodical manner. You ensure that the work is completed and follow up on results.
You see opportunities for change and create situations where new ideas and suggestions can develop. You motivate and describe changes pedagogically and handle criticism of change in a constructive manner. You drive long-term and sustained change work, both locally and across the department. You have the ability to communicate information and ideas, both verbally and in writing. You adapt your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation. The work requires you to be structured and able to prioritize between tasks. You plan much of your work independently and work closely with department management. There is an opportunity to work remotely for parts of the position.
