About the job Be part of creating the world's best city for a long and dignified life. We are now looking for a Socially Responsible Coordinator (SAS)! As a SAS, your work includes supporting operations in systematic quality work and contributing to the development of routines and working methods. You review the administration's elderly care and propose improvements to ensure that laws, regulations and decisions are followed. A large part of the assignment involves investigating and assessing Lex Sarah reports as well as notifications to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO). You participate as an expert in management groups and towards operations as well as in working groups and networks within and outside the administration. The work requires environmental monitoring, particularly regarding legislation. Right now we are making an extra effort to work more preventively, both strategically and together with the operations. About you We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another university degree that the employer deems relevant, as well as several years of experience working in social work. You are well versed in legislation, social documentation and have experience of qualified investigative work as well as elderly care. It is desirable that you have experience of leadership and operations development. You can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions. You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions based on limited and/or complex information. You are comfortable in social contact situations, both informal and formal. You stand by decisions made and can convey uncomfortable messages when needed. You establish clear goals and plan activities and projects well in advance. You use time effectively and work systematically, in an organized and methodical manner. You ensure that work is completed and follow up on results. You see opportunities for change and create situations where new ideas and suggestions can develop. You motivate and describe changes pedagogically and handle criticism of change in a constructive manner. You drive long-term and sustained change work, both locally and across the administration. You have the ability to share information and ideas, both orally and in writing. You adapt your communication to the recipient, target group and situation. The work requires you to be structured and able to prioritize between tasks. You plan much of your work independently and have the opportunity to work from home or from another location when it suits you.
