Decisions are made according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Compulsory Care Act (LVM). The unit also investigates applications for Housing First. In short, the role includes: - Offering advice and services to residents seeking support. - Investigating, making decisions, and following up on interventions according to SoL and LVM. - Investigating applications for Housing First. Since many of the residents we meet have comorbidities, this places significant demands on your ability to collaborate, both externally and internally. Challenges and Opportunities Challenges you may face in this role include the importance of meeting the client where they are and the fact that the person may not always wish to make the changes we try to motivate them toward. Another challenge is dealing with the fact that we sometimes must intervene against a client's wishes and apply for compulsory care according to LVM. In all work, but especially in work that goes against the client's own wishes, professionalism, clarity, and empathy are required. What You Need to Bring To succeed in the role, you must have: - A degree in social work or equivalent education - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing - Good documentation skills - A valid B driver's license. It is also a merit if you have: - Experience in authority functions within harmful use and addiction and/or domestic violence. - Training in ASI, MI, and FREDA. - Experience working with comorbidities. Part of the Social Services' open care is also included in the unit in the form of housing support and housing coaches and case handlers within budgeting and debt counseling. Employment Type, Scope, and Start Date Employment Type: temporary assignment Scope: full-time Start Date: by agreement For this role, the starting salary normally ranges between 35,000 - 45,000 kr depending on experience and qualifications.
