What we offer you We in the adult services unit are in the midst of implementing a new social services law; do you want to be part of making a difference? Our mission is to enable residents to become self-sufficient in life so they can take an active part in society. We are now in an exciting period of development with a focus on creating a more accessible and knowledge-based social service. The adult unit comprises eight different work areas and functions where two full-time employees focused on adults are included. In total, the unit consists of 19 employees and a unit manager. One of our employees has chosen to move forward within the organization, which is why we are now recruiting a social secretary. As an employee, you will receive a wellness allowance of 2000 kronor per year. We offer supervision with an external supervisor. Job Description A social secretary in adult authority is responsible for the handling and follow-up of interventions according to the Social Services Act and the Act on Care of Substance Abusers in Special Cases. The target group is adults over 18 years of age with support and intervention needs for varying reasons. This may involve substance abuse issues, domestic violence and honor-related violence, or mental health problems. It may also concern persons with housing-related social issues. By utilizing the individual's own motivation, you encourage change, provide support and guidance. Central to our work is that we always maintain a child perspective. With a focus on achieving good quality and reaching the best results, you collaborate both internally and externally with multiple partners and our own providers within the social office. We are looking for someone with experience in authority work concerning adults. An important part of the work is documentation and collaboration, both with colleagues within the same administration, but also with other authorities and organizations. The work group is characterized by a strong desire to develop and achieve common goals and has high competence and experience, which contributes to an exciting and developing work. Qualifications Requirements: - Degree in social work or equivalent education that the employer deems equivalent - Experience with authority work within the Social Services Act and the Act on Care of Substance Abusers in Special Cases - Driver's license category B - Experience working with substance abuse and/or mental health issues Meritorious: - Training in ASI and FREDA as well as competence in the Lifecare system - Training in MET, MI, relapse prevention, CRA, or CBT Personal Qualifications: - You are responsible and have good collaboration skills - You are attentive and empathetic and have the ability to maintain professional conduct and approach in stressful situations - You have a good ability to make quick prioritizations when needed - You are structured and enjoy seeking information to find answers to various questions - You have an interest in learning more and developing within the field and a drive to develop operations based on new needs - Since documentation is an important part of the work, you need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language and good administrative skills We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
