Your real assignment You work with investigation, case management, and follow-up within: • substance use and harmful use • social psychiatry • domestic violence • services according to the Social Services Act and the Legal Care of Abusers Act Do you have a niche you're especially passionate about? Tell us. We shape the role based on competence and passion. You work closely with Open Care, IFO Children & Youth, the employment unit, social psychiatry, and economic assistance. We are a small team of three tight and secure case handlers and a VNR coordinator who are used to solving things together. QUALIFICATIONS You who: • have a degree in social work • are secure, curious, and unafraid in complex meetings • can prioritize even when everything is a bit on fire • build relationships without losing professionalism • prefer development over maintenance • want to be part of something that actually moves Experience is a merit but your personality and drive weigh heavily. A criminal record extract is required for employment. Recruitment takes place on a rolling basis. Driver's license category B is required for the position. Employment type: Permanent employment.
