DUTIES As a social worker in the Dependency and Criminal Justice Team, you will conduct investigations, make assessments, and follow up on interventions for adults with addiction and/or criminal lifestyles. You will meet individuals in often complex life situations who need support in multiple life areas, where your work can contribute to positive change. Your duties include conducting investigations, making decisions within your mandate, and following up on ongoing interventions. You will handle cases according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Care of Substance Abusers in Certain Cases (LVM). An important part of your work is to work together with the individual to identify needs, create conditions for change, and strengthen the person's ability to find sustainable solutions based on their own resources. To provide the best possible support, you will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners. Through strong cooperation, you will help create long-term conditions for the individual's development and independence. This requires you to have a good ability to build trusting relationships, meet people with respect and responsiveness, and make professional and well-founded assessments even in complex situations. QUALIFICATIONS You need to have a degree in social work or equivalent education and experience that the employer considers equivalent. Experience with authority work, the target group, ASI, MI, and knowledge of legislation in the field are advantages. If you also have knowledge of the LifeCare system, we consider that a major plus. As a person, you are stable and confident in your role, clear in your communication, and have good mentalizing ability. You have good judgment, are structured in your approach, and have excellent collaboration skills. You are also good at thinking flexibly and creatively, setting appropriate demands, and following up on results. As a social worker, you are expected to independently plan your work and manage shifts between more acute-driven activities and long-term contacts. Since investigation and documentation are an important part of the work, it is essential that you have good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
