The Adult Unit has a total of six social workers specializing in harmful use and addiction (SoL and LVM) as well as social psychiatry (SoL), one senior social worker, one coordinator, three treatment assistants, and a unit manager.

The unit is undergoing a change process with a major focus on legal certainty, structure, and preparation for the comorbidity investigation and the changes it will entail.
You will be located in the municipal building in Mölnlycke together with other public authorities.

Your Assignment
As a social worker in the Adult Unit, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, deciding on, and following up on measures for individuals with disabilities, based on the Social Services Act. You work independently with conversations and counseling, but also in cooperation with other authorities and care providers.

As a social worker, we are looking for someone who encourages dialogue, participation, and engagement. You understand the shared mission, act based on it, and contribute to the whole. You have good conduct, enjoy collaborating, and perform your work tasks with genuine interest.
What This Position Requires
Requirements:
Degree in social work or other equivalent education deemed appropriate by the employer.
Experience in public administration.
Good knowledge of legislation (SoL).
Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly, as the work involves cooperation with various units and authorities.
Driver's license.
Meritorious:
Experience working in the field of social psychiatry.
Knowledge of LVM legislation.
Knowledge of or experience with the IBIC method.
Knowledge/experience with the business systems Combine and Treserva.
To obtain employment, an extract from the Police Criminal Record Register must be provided. An extract from the suspicion register may also be relevant depending on the position.
