Perstorp Municipality is located in the heart of northern Scania with good train connections to nearby towns such as Helsingborg and Hässleholm.
Are you a driven and committed social worker? Perstorp Municipality is investing in Individual and Family Services and is now seeking five social workers for various roles within the Social Services Department.
The authority consists of over 20 employees and is responsible for the social services authority's administrative functions in Perstorp Municipality.
The work is varied, independent, and social with many collaborative partners. Working with target groups often involves unforeseen events and requires you to be flexible and adapt your work to current circumstances. Work with target groups also requires strong communication skills.
We are now seeking two social workers for Adults.
Work tasks for Social Worker for Adults in Individual and Family Services
The Adult Group works with matters concerning:
Harmful use and addiction
Social psychiatry
Intimate Partner Violence (IPV).
Your work tasks include, among other things, conducting investigations according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act on Compulsory Care for Substance Abusers (LVM) as well as follow-up on granted services. The work also includes planning and participation in meetings, care planning, and follow-ups. You work closely with colleagues within the department, colleagues in other departments, families, and external partners to create the best possible conditions for individuals to receive the support they need.
You shall contribute to ensuring that work within Adult Services is carried out with legal certainty and quality.
Qualifications
Social Work degree of 210 higher education credits.
Category B driver's license.
Meritorious
Experience in administrative functions within social services.
For the position of social worker for adults, it is meritorious if you have experience working with ASI and Freda.
Experience with the LifeCare management system.
