Now there's an opportunity to become part of our intervention team, which consists of experienced social workers and a team leader. Haninge Municipality is a forward-thinking municipality. In 2023, we were one of the first municipalities to establish a first and second-line social service, a step in our adaptation to the future of social services and the new social services law. In our activities, we meet children who need coordinated and comprehensive interventions preceded by investigation. In our work, we proceed from a target group focus in which we investigate and coordinate interventions based on evidence-based and knowledge-based methods and in collaboration with other societal actors. The activities consist of four units: a children's unit, a youth unit, a unit for interventions and special functions, and a unit for foster care and contact services. Each unit is led by a unit manager and the teams are led by team leaders. We work in a family-oriented and team-based manner for the benefit of our children and young people. We who work here are knowledgeable and committed to our work. We care about one another and value maintaining good morale in our teams. We want our work to be characterized by shared understanding, quality, and legal certainty, and we think it's important to develop in our work. In order to strengthen our quality and create conditions for you as a social worker to use your expertise effectively and with the best interests of the children and young people in focus, we have chosen to invest in the following support functions: An established structure for regular support such as case reviews and external supervision. Specialist social workers with organization-wide responsibilities in, for example, method support, implementation, introduction, and ongoing training. A structured induction plan for new employees. Business developers to support our continued development with target group-oriented approaches. SIP coordinators to support strengthening the quality of SIP meetings and ensuring that children and young people who need it are offered SIP meetings. Placement coordinators to support finding external placement options and managing agreements. Administrators with the task of relieving and supporting social workers. Expanded work on risk and needs assessments to detect and prevent children from being drawn into criminality. A structure that enables remote work for those who wish it and based on operational needs. We are now expanding our intervention team and are looking for more social workers who, together with us, want to be challenged and be part of our exciting development. Your assignment On the unit for interventions and special assignments, two work groups are located. One is a work group for special assignments that includes intensive investigation, safety planning, and SIP coordination for social workers, and the other is the intervention team where this position is placed. The intervention team includes a HVB group and an intervention group. As a social worker in the intervention team, you follow up on approved interventions and conduct investigations where needs arise. This is to ensure that our children and young people in Haninge Municipality receive the right interventions, at the right time, with clear and measurable goals, and that the interventions are carefully followed up. This makes it possible to provide quick support if the child's or young person's situation changes. The intervention team also includes social workers who work with follow-ups on HVB placements. The team as a whole is led by a team leader.
