Job Responsibilities As a social worker in the Reinforcement Team, you'll step in where there's a temporary need for extra support. You'll strengthen operations during temporary understaffing in child and youth services and contribute your competence and reliability. The assignments vary in length from approximately two weeks to three months and may include: Investigations for children and youth Work within intake services Work within foster care as a child case worker In short, you'll become an important resource that makes a difference where it's needed most. The Reinforcement Team is a committed group of eight employees and a section manager. We're out on different assignments during the week, but we make sure to gather regularly for planning, team meetings, reflection, and professional development. Here you'll receive both collegial support and the opportunity to grow in your role through external supervision and experience exchange. Qualifications We're looking for you who meet the following requirements for this position: Socionomexamen (210hp) At least 5 years of experience with public authority duties and investigation work in child and youth services Good knowledge of legislation regarding LVU and SoL Experience with BBIC Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Good computer skills It's an advantage if you've previously worked according to Signs of Safety, have training and experience in MI, and further education in child and youth issues (such as attachment theory, norm-breaking behavior, ADAD, etc.). If you have experience working in Lifecare, that will facilitate your work. A B-driver's license and experience driving a manual transmission car are desirable but not required. As a person, we see that you're secure and stable in yourself and in your work as a social worker in child and youth services. You have good analytical abilities that allow you to break down and analyze comprehensive information from various sources, see and understand complex relationships, and communicate this further in your written investigation. Since the position involves shorter assignments in different parts of the operation, we're looking for someone with both collaboration skills and drive. You enjoy quickly adapting to new environments and work groups, making contacts, and building relationships. At the same time, you're task-oriented and focused on delivering on your assignment. The operation started on April 1, 2021 and was initially conducted as a project but is today a permanent operation in our organization. Follow-up and evaluation of the operation takes place continuously, and our organization and assignment process may be adjusted if needed.
