JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a social worker, you will have meaningful work exercising authority according to applicable legislation. In your role, you are responsible for investigating, assessing, and making decisions regarding economic assistance for adults in various life situations. With us, you will have the opportunity to develop broad expertise and contribute to a holistic perspective. You will meet individuals with varying needs and life situations, where social challenges such as unemployment, mental health issues, harmful use/addiction, or experiences of violence may be present. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is educated as a social worker or has other education that the employer finds relevant for the assignment. You have good knowledge of laws and regulations in the relevant area, particularly the Social Services Act. It is meritorious if you have experience exercising authority within the social services field, but we also welcome those who are new to the profession and have the right commitment and desire to develop. You have good computer skills. A B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position.
