DUTIES As a social worker in the financial assistance unit, you work with administrative authority and support people toward self-sufficiency and a more independent life. You investigate and assess the right to financial assistance, work based on individual action plans, and collaborate with, among others, the labor market unit and colleagues in integration, SFI, health care, the employment service, and the social insurance agency. Here there is close contact between people and operations. In a smaller municipality, it's easy to get in touch, find solutions, and create good collaboration around the individual. You have great scope to plan and influence your work - while support is always nearby. You receive methodology support from a senior social worker, regular case supervision, and external process supervision. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of laws and regulations in the field. Experience in collaboration with, for example, the employment service and social insurance agency. We value curiosity, flexibility, and a solution-focused approach. You need to be able to express yourself in speech and writing and have good digital skills. You are secure, structured, and professional in your work and find it easy to create trusting relationships. You enjoy collaboration, but can also independently plan and advance your cases.
