The Social Services Department's mission is to meet people's needs for security. WORK TASKS The work includes meetings with children, youth, and families, where documentation is an important part. We investigate cases with support from SoL and LVU and work according to the Child's Needs in Focus (BBIC). You will also collaborate between other groups within IFO, other authorities, and organizations. The work includes some preventive work. Travel is part of the work. In the Child and Family Group, scheduled time is currently allocated for reflection and environmental monitoring. As an employee in the Child and Family Group, you are offered an introduction program and mentorship, competence development (Kiruna Municipality participates in the Professional Journey), and external supervision. Interviews may take place continuously during the application period. We use a six-month probationary period. QUALIFICATIONS For the position of substitute social secretary in the child and family group, a degree in social work or higher education that meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations (SOSFS 2014:7) on qualifications to perform certain tasks in the social services' child and youth care is required. Experience from similar work is meritorious. You have knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. We see that you have a holistic perspective and the ability to enable parts to work together, as well as initiative and a development mindset. Class B driver's license and understanding of work in a municipal organization is meritorious. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
