We are divided into intake, investigation and interventions, and family law functions. The legislation we primarily base our work on is the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Care of Young People Act (LVU). Our work involves a great deal of collaboration with both internal and external partners. The Social Administration's individual and family services (IFO) are organized in four units: the Children and Family Unit, the Adult Unit, the Open Care Unit, and the Employment and Integration Unit. The Social Administration consists of 600 employees with a broad range of responsibilities. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is present throughout the municipality. We are responsible for providing care, support and services, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it, at all stages of life. Your qualifications We are looking for you who: Have a degree in social work and documented experience in authority-based work within the field of children and young people Have experience with child welfare investigations and/or working with placed children Have knowledge of current legislation, primarily the Social Services Act and LVU Are empathetic, flexible, and value collaboration As a person, you are self-directed and courageous.
