Job Responsibilities As a Social Worker, you work in close collaboration with your colleagues in a varied and developing role, with the goal of helping individuals achieve self-sufficiency. - Handle applications, investigate, and make decisions in cases according to applicable legislation - Plan the change process that should lead to self-sufficiency - Follow up and evaluate the planning - Document in the Combine management system - Work with legal certainty and high quality - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Who We're Looking For To thrive in this role, we see that you are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances, are organized and can plan and prioritize your work.
