That said, we are a small team and may therefore need to support and help each other with matters involving children and young people, financial assistance, adult cases, and/or family law matters. You'll thus get varied work where no two days are the same. As a social worker, you work with authority under the Social Services Act, the Care of Young Persons (Special Provisions) Act, and the Forensic Care Act in close collaboration with colleagues and other actors.
