Job Responsibilities We are now seeking social secretaries for the Child and Youth Placement workplace, which is located in Line 3 of our Work and Support Sector. The position involves working with children and young people in various placement forms. The tasks include following up on the child's situation in public care, coordinating and maintaining contact with guardians, network, school, and other agencies around the child. Investigations within both SoL and LVU are included in the position. The position includes preparing and following the child before returning home. The work must focus on legal certainty, treatment, and quality. The child's best interests must be decisive in all care and treatment measures. The position within the Child and Youth Placement workplace involves some travel on duty. We work according to BBIC and based on Signs of Safety. We use the activity system Treserva and the case management system Ciceron. Qualifications We are seeking someone with a degree in social work or equivalent higher education that the employer deems equivalent. You need to have good ability to structure your work, document correctly, and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. The work requires you to be flexible, handle rapid changes, and make decisions with confidence. Experience with BBIC, LVU, and Signs of Safety is a merit, as is experience communicating with interpreters. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are confident in yourself, empathetic, and have a professional approach when meeting people in difficult life situations. You work independently, but also see the strength in good cooperation and want to contribute to a positive work environment where we support each other and share knowledge.
