Within the department, there is also guidance and support for adults' individual development toward self-sufficiency. The department is responsible for integration and also coordinates labor market policy measures. Description Individual and Family Care, IFO, is located within the Learning and Work department. One of the department's most important tasks is to continue creating positive effects from our collaboration for those we serve and to provide conditions for a safe and independent life. Individual and Family Care (IFO) mainly works with applications and reports concerning children, families, and adults. IFO's mandate also includes implementing and following up measures according to the Social Services Act, the Care of Young Persons Act, and the Compulsory Care Act. Individual and Family Care now has an open substitute position as a Social Secretary with a focus on harmful substance use and addiction, violence, and housing social contracts. We work with participation and quality in a respectful way both within and outside the unit and toward our clients. IFO has an Adult Group, a Children Group, and a shared Open Care unit that handles family treatment and addiction treatment. Within Open Care there is also open parental support and youth coordinator services. The Adult Group consists of three employees and has a case supervisor connected to the group who supports and guides in day-to-day work. As a new social secretary, you will also have a colleague as a mentor during the first period. Work Tasks The Adult Group handles authority functions regarding harmful substance use and addiction, violence, and housing social contracts. We are looking for you who want to work with people in difficult life situations and who have knowledge and experience of the case types this position is focused on. The work tasks include internal collaboration within the department as well as external collaboration with, for example, the Region. You will meet people from age 18 and onwards, and this may also include contact with family members. You will decide on and follow up on measures to meet the needs of the individual, based on the respective target group. Qualifications You are a social worker (socionom), and preferably have experience working with the Adult Group's area. You have good knowledge of applicable legislation. You should also have good experience in documentation and express yourself well in speech and writing. It is important in this work that you are structured and flexible. You are solution-focused and have good collaboration skills both within and outside your own operations. We prioritize valuing our work joy together and support each other in our work.
