JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Social Secretary LSS you will investigate, process, assess, make and follow up decisions within the framework of the Act on Special Support and Services for Certain People with Disabilities (LSS) as well as the Social Services Act (SoL). Your main work tasks will be to investigate, decide and follow up granted measures. As a social secretary you process applications for both children and adults. The work is based on a holistic perspective around the individual and with their needs at the center, which takes place in cooperation with relatives, health care, other authorities and partner organizations. You collaborate with both internal and external actors and are part of a work team with group leaders and social secretaries within social care. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a social worker education or what the employer considers equivalent education. You have experience of working with case processing and documentation according to the Act on Special Support and Services for Certain People with Disabilities (LSS) as well as the Social Services Act (SoL), you should be well familiar with the laws that govern the activities and have the courage to apply them. It is desirable if you have experience documenting in Life Care and investigating according to needs-based and systematic working methods IBIC. We are looking for you who have the ability to listen, create participation, create engagement and work independently. Collaboration skills and flexibility are required for the assignment.
