The Individual and Family Care department in Boden has an organization that aims to work with multi-competent teams that collaborate around and with clients and families to provide support in various areas. Through all teams' close cooperation, it contributes to a secure as well as developing work environment for employees. On Team Family, social secretaries work with a focus on subsistence support, foster care, family law/parenthood, substance abuse/addiction/illness, and children and young people with the goal of creating a functioning whole for the families we meet. Of course, everyone who wants works full-time, with flexible hours and the possibility of remote work. Individual and Family Care has a local agreement on reduced working hours, which means we work until 4:00 PM on all working days of the year but with maintained salary for full-time work. Normal working hours are between 07:45-16:00. As an employee on Team Family, you have a flexible working hours agreement and some opportunity to work remotely. The municipality also offers vacation exchange. WORK TASKS On Team Family Child & Youth, we are a group of social workers of different ages and with different previous professional experiences who together form a group where we complement the experienced people's knowledge with the somewhat less experienced people's new perspectives. Each cog is equally important in our wheels as we work with investigating the situation of children and young people and granting and following up various forms of support measures. The tasks are varied, sometimes challenging but always meaningful. Our own supervisor provides a secure introduction for you who are new as well as close guidance in daily work for you who feel more confident in the work. QUALIFICATIONS Regardless of who you are and what knowledge you bring, we are convinced that you will fit in and contribute important competence to the group. You should of course have a degree in social work and a willingness to support people in vulnerable situations, but we will solve the rest together. We have a stable foundation of procedures and established methods but also like to develop new ones and through environmental scanning and training develop our competencies.
