The work group values a good work environment and has strong camaraderie where everyone helps one another. Our unit is a team of 14 people with the ambition to continuously develop and improve. As a case handler with us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to development work where each employee's unique competence is valued. Meritorious: Experience with the IT system Viva. Experience conducting investigations according to IBIC (Individual Needs in Focus). Härjedalen Municipality is part of the Sami administrative area. You have a professional approach, treat everyone with respect, and are a stable person who can remain calm in difficult situations. You are independent, have the ability to take your own initiative, and can plan and structure your workday, while also being flexible and able to collaborate with many different people to solve problems that arise. You have a solution-oriented, empathetic, and positive approach and want to contribute to a good work environment and development of the activity. We Offer Flexible working hours.
