JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a social worker in the Financial Assistance Unit, you will investigate and assess eligibility for financial assistance in accordance with current legislation. Documentation is an important part of the assignment and requires you to have a strong ability to write in an easily understandable manner. You will work closely with the municipality's labor market unit. Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders is a natural and important part of the assignment to create the best possible conditions for the individual.
The unit continuously works to develop and improve its working methods. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) has been used for several years, which contributes to an automated and efficient processing workflow. The workplace has well-established routines and structures that create good conditions for quality, legal certainty, and a sustainable work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
You are a social worker or have other higher education that the employer deems equivalent. Good knowledge of current legislation is a merit. The work requires a strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You have the ability to make independent decisions within the scope of your assignment. Qualities such as being flexible and having good collaboration skills are valuable in this work. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
Employment form: Permanent employment.
Duration: Indefinite.
