JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a social secretary with us, you work with social investigations and change work within child and youth welfare. The work is varied, responsible, and meaningful. You meet children, young people, and families in different life situations and contribute to creating security, development, and hope for the future. We place great emphasis on respectful treatment, legally sound assessments, and well-founded decisions. The participation of children and guardians is an integral part of our work, and we actively work to ensure that children's voices are heard in both investigations and follow-ups. With us, you work based on BBIC and Signs of Safety, supported by well-developed open care services. You become part of a dedicated team where we support each other and share knowledge to create the best possible conditions for children and families. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who · Have a degree in social work (Socionomexamen). · Have experience working in child and youth welfare within social services or similar activities. · Have knowledge of relevant legislation. · Are confident in documentation and express yourself well in speech and writing. · Are flexible, solution-focused, and see opportunities even in complex situations. · Share our conviction about the importance of collaboration, participation, and professional treatment. · Above all, you share our conviction that real change happens through relationship-building work where trust and courage are cornerstones.
