Your assignment for real
You work with investigations, case management, and follow-up within child and youth services for ages 0-20. This means you investigate, decide on interventions, and follow up on interventions.
Do you have a niche you're passionate about? Tell us. We shape the position based on competence and passion.
You work closely with Open Care, IFO Adults, family law, and the placement team.
We are a small team of five tight, secure, and experienced social secretaries used to solving things together.
QUALIFICATIONS
You who:
• have a social work degree
• are secure, curious, and unafraid of complex meetings
• can prioritize even when everything is on fire
• build relationships without losing professionalism
• prefer development over administration
• want to be part of something that actually moves forward
Experience is a merit, but your personality and drive carry significant weight.
