Social Pedagogue or Treatment-Trained Professional for LARO Services We are now seeking a dedicated and confident colleague for our LARO services. With us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients in a service where patient engagement, continuity, and strong relationships are at the core. About the Position As a social pedagogue or treatment-trained professional, your primary focus will be conversations and follow-ups with patients. You will be an important part of patients' contact with our services and will work with support, motivation, and continuous follow-up based on each individual patient's needs. The position also includes basic tasks within LARO treatment. Work is conducted in close collaboration with other professional groups in the service. Responsibilities Your tasks will include: - Conversations and ongoing follow-ups with patients - Motivational and supportive work - Monitoring patients' treatment and situation - Documentation according to current procedures - Basic tasks within LARO treatment - Collaboration with colleagues and other relevant parties involved in patient care What We're Looking For We are seeking someone with training as a social pedagogue or other relevant treatment education and experience deemed equivalent. To thrive in this role, we believe you are confident, attentive, and have a professional approach to patient engagement. You have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships and can work both independently and as part of a team. Experience working with addiction issues, LARO services, or other treatment is a plus. Working Hours and Location The service is open every day of the week during daytime hours. This position therefore requires scheduled weekend work. Currently, this amounts to 6 weekends per 12. Weekly working hours and other terms follow the applicable collective agreement. Work locations can be Lund, Landskrona, or Kävlinge, with work potentially occurring at all locations based on service needs. We require a criminal background check and always use a 6-month probationary period.
