Welcome to us! We are looking for a substitute Social Pedagogue at 75% with the possibility of extended service. The temporary position may be extended. 1 position(s). DUTIES Your tasks as a social pedagogue are to provide support to adults who have mental health issues/illness, sometimes in combination with substance abuse problems in their daily lives. Your main task is to support them towards greater independence and improved quality of life. Your tasks will include: Support at home: Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and financial management. Pedagogical support: Help provide structure in everyday life through planning, encouragement, and clarification. Motivational conversations: Conduct conversations to strengthen motivation and work with change processes, for example within the framework of MI (Motivational Interviewing). Social training: Support in social situations and create meaningful leisure activities, both individually and in groups. Contact person role: Be a contact person for one or more individuals, which includes following up on implementation plans, documenting, and collaborating with, for example, social services, health centers, and psychiatry. Medication management: After delegation, be responsible for providing support with medication and if necessary document this. Crisis and conflict management: Handle anxiety, worry, and conflict situations in a professional and calm manner, and work preventatively to create a safe environment. Collaboration: Work in a team with colleagues and cooperate with external actors such as healthcare, partners within social services, and relatives. Documentation: Continuously document activities, observations, and incidents according to current procedures and legislation (SoL/HSL). QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: Post-secondary education as a social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, social worker, or equivalent education. A genuine commitment to social work. B-class driver's license. Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is meritorious if you have: Previous experience working at supported housing, HBV, or other social work. Experience working with harmful use and addiction. Knowledge of NPF and psychiatric diagnoses. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Fixed-term employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-10-01 Start as soon as possible or no later than October 1. End date: 2027-01-31.
